About the Platform
The University Feedback Platform was developed by students in collaboration with OSAS to provide a centralized, accessible, and anonymous space where students can voice their experiences regarding university services such as Wi-Fi, Library access, Scholarships, and more.
Using Natural Language Processing (NLP), the platform performs automatic sentiment analysis to help the university understand how students feel about the services provided. The insights gathered support evidence-based improvements and better student engagement.

Student Guide
How to Use the Feedback Form:
- Visit the website.
- Click on "Feedback".
- Select a service (e.g., Wi-Fi, Library).
- Enter your honest feedback.
- Submit — the system will analyze the sentiment automatically.
Tips:
- Be honest and constructive.
- Speak casually, no formality needed.
- Do not include names or personal identifiers.
- Take advantage of the anonymity.
Admin Dashboard (Faculty Only)
- View feedback by sentiment: Positive, Negative, Neutral.
- Access statistical reports per service.
- Filter and visualize trends via charts and tables.
