About the Platform

The University Feedback Platform was developed by students in collaboration with OSAS to provide a centralized, accessible, and anonymous space where students can voice their experiences regarding university services such as Wi-Fi, Library access, Scholarships, and more.

Using Natural Language Processing (NLP), the platform performs automatic sentiment analysis to help the university understand how students feel about the services provided. The insights gathered support evidence-based improvements and better student engagement.

Help Center

This platform allows students to submit feedback on university services. The system analyzes the sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative) to help improve services.

Yes, creating an account is required to submit feedback. This helps ensure the integrity of submissions and allows us to better organize feedback data.
However, your responses are still handled with strict confidentiality and used only for research and service improvement purposes. Your identity is protected at all times.

Only authorized faculty or staff (admin users) can see the feedback and sentiment analysis.

No, submitted feedback cannot be edited. If needed, you may submit a new one.
